In the main event, Derrick Lewis was scheduled to fight Serghei Spivac in a heavyweight contest. However, Lewis was hospitalized Saturday with an illness and was not cleared to compete, resulting in the cancellation of the main event.
Light heavyweights Ion Cutelaba and Kennedy Nzechukwu were originally set to compete in the co-main event. Their three-round bout now serves as the new main event.
