After nearly four months without a new lineup, the starting XIs are in for Wednesday evening's MLS is Back Tournament opener between Orlando City SC and Inter Miami CF (8 pm ET | ESPN, ESPN Deportes, TSN, TVA Sports).

Among the most notable absences in the initial lineup is that of Miami's Rodolfo Pizarro, who starts on the bench with in what appears to be a precautionary move after he picked up a knock in training last week.

After featuring in Miami's first two games off the bench, Juan Agudelo will start up top. Former Atlanta United midfielder Mikey Ambrose will also make his debut in Diego Alonso's 3-4-3 formation, but other than that the lineup features many of the same faces that fans saw in the club's games at the beginning of 2020.

There were even fewer surprises on the Orlando side, with Nani set to lead the line as the Lions start their quest for a first-ever trophy just miles from home:
